Service Description
This is for owners who don't know what plan would be best for them or they just want a few words of advice! After the consult, they can either decide right away if they want to move forward with the plan or if they want a few weeks to decide. Otherwise, we will just give owners our best advice moving forward and recommendations for which plan to choose, if they decide to go that route.
Cancellation Policy
1) Refund Policy Training packages are non-refundable except in the event of: - The pet being rehomed permanently - A medical or behavioral condition that renders the pet unable to participate in training - The death of the pet 2) Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance. Either the trainer or the owner may request to reschedule a session with reasonable notice, and both parties must agree on the new time and date. 3) Cancellation Policy If the owner cancels or reschedules three (3) consecutive sessions, the remaining package will be considered forfeited and this agreement becomes null and void, with no refund issued. 4) Expiration If the owner does not follow through with payment before the first scheduled session, the session will expire and be cancelled unless there is an agreement in writing stating otherwise.
