Service Description
At Animal Insight Training, we provide personalized, in-home animal behavior training tailored to your all of your pets' specific needs. Our expertise is especially beneficial for addressing aggression, extreme fear, anxiety, and elimination issues. When you've exhausted all other options, our compassionate approach will help restore harmony to your home and strengthen the bond with your pet's. We have two options for behavior training, the first is to pay by the hour, and the second, is a one time payment and we will help train your pet's until you are satisfied with the results.
Cancellation Policy
1) Refund Policy Training packages are non-refundable except in the event of: - The pet being rehomed permanently - A medical or behavioral condition that renders the pet unable to participate in training - The death of the pet 2) Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance. Either the trainer or the owner may request to reschedule a session with reasonable notice, and both parties must agree on the new time and date. 3) Cancellation Policy If the owner cancels or reschedules three (3) consecutive sessions, the remaining package will be considered forfeited and this agreement becomes null and void, with no refund issued. 4) Expiration If the owner does not follow through with payment before the first scheduled session, the session will expire and be cancelled unless there is an agreement in writing stating otherwise.
