Service Description
For owners of extra curious cat's over the age of 6 months (maybe even ones who are a flight risk) and need for adventure! All of the packages include a starter kit containing: a clicker, harness, leash, treat samples, and a toy. If you decide to pay by the hour, there is no kit however, all of the training stays the same.
Cancellation Policy
1) Refund Policy Training packages are non-refundable except in the event of: - The pet being rehomed permanently - A medical or behavioral condition that renders the pet unable to participate in training - The death of the pet 2) Scheduling & Rescheduling Sessions are scheduled in advance. Either the trainer or the owner may request to reschedule a session with reasonable notice, and both parties must agree on the new time and date. 3) Cancellation Policy If the owner cancels or reschedules three (3) consecutive sessions, the remaining package will be considered forfeited and this agreement becomes null and void, with no refund issued. 4) Expiration If the owner does not follow through with payment before the first scheduled session, the session will expire and be cancelled unless there is an agreement in writing stating otherwise.
